Pandan Core was established in Singapore in 2019 by a small group of consultants who kept encountering the same situation: organisations were adopting AI tools without the groundwork to use them well. Systems were deployed, staff were uncertain, and the results fell short of what had been hoped for.
That observation became the basis for the firm. Rather than focus on selling technology, the founding team centred the practice on understanding and addressing the real conditions inside organisations — their data maturity, their team readiness, their governance approaches, and the way their people actually work day to day.
Since then, Pandan Core has worked across sectors including financial services, logistics, professional services, and public sector agencies. The approach has stayed consistent: assess carefully, train specifically, and build with the end in mind.

Designs and facilitates all training programmes. Previously led workforce development initiatives at a Singapore statutory board, with a focus on emerging technology readiness.

AI Solutions Lead
Oversees the technical design and delivery of Full-Cycle AI projects. Background in software engineering and machine learning applied to document processing and workflow automation.
