Building AI
Capability
That Endures
Pandan Core works alongside Singapore organisations to assess AI readiness, develop workforce skills, and deliver AI solutions that integrate well with how your teams actually operate.
Three Pathways to AI Readiness
Each engagement is shaped to where your organisation currently stands and where it needs to go — no single-size approaches.
Strategic AI Readiness Diagnostic
A structured evaluation across five dimensions — data infrastructure, process maturity, talent capability, governance readiness, and cultural alignment. Conducted over four to five weeks with clear outputs your leadership can act on.
- Dimension-level scorecard with insights
- Prioritised preparatory action list
- Industry benchmarking
Role-Based AI Training Curriculum
Tailored learning tracks for operational staff, managers, and technical teams. Each runs six to eight weeks, blending instructor-led sessions with role-specific exercises and a cross-functional closing workshop.
- Three distinct role-based tracks
- Practical exercises and discussion groups
- Cross-functional collaboration workshop
Full-Cycle AI Solution Delivery
From initial idea to production-ready deployment across discovery, design, build, test, launch, and stabilise phases. Fourteen to eighteen weeks, with knowledge-sharing milestones at every stage.
- Requirements to deployment, fully managed
- Workflow automation and AI interfaces
- Team capability transfer at each phase
Why Organisations Choose Pandan Core
Structured, Not Rushed
Each engagement follows a defined methodology with clear milestones, so your team always knows what is happening and what comes next.
Role-Appropriate Learning
Training content is shaped around what each person actually does at work — operational staff, managers, and technical teams each receive different, relevant material.
Knowledge That Stays
We build capability in your team throughout every phase — not just at the end. When the engagement concludes, your people can sustain and adapt the work independently.
Measurable Baselines
The diagnostic provides a scored view of your current position across five dimensions, giving leadership a factual foundation for any AI investment decisions.
Governance and Ethics Aware
Readiness assessments and solution designs include governance and data responsibility considerations, aligned with Singapore's AI governance framework.
Considerate Engagement
We work at your organisation's pace and respect how change actually happens inside teams — listening carefully before recommending, and adjusting as the engagement progresses.

Frequently Asked Questions
If your leadership is uncertain about AI readiness, the Diagnostic is a natural first step. If you already have some AI tools and need staff to use them well, the Training Curriculum fits better. If you have a specific AI initiative to carry out, the Full-Cycle Delivery engagement is designed for that purpose. We're happy to discuss which fits your situation during an initial conversation.
The Diagnostic requires access to two to four people per week for interviews and document reviews — roughly two to three hours per participant weekly. Training tracks involve scheduled sessions of around three to four hours per week per participant. The Delivery engagement involves closer collaboration with a nominated internal team, with intensity varying by phase.
Not necessarily. The Diagnostic and Training engagements work well with non-technical leadership and operations teams. For the Delivery engagement, having at least one technically curious internal contact is helpful, though we also offer knowledge-transfer components that build that capability during the project.
All engagements are covered under a mutual non-disclosure agreement signed before work begins. We follow data handling practices aligned with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and use access controls appropriate to the sensitivity of the information shared with us.
Each listed price covers the full scope of that engagement — consultant time, session facilitation, written deliverables, and follow-up support during the engagement period. Additional scope, such as extending training to more teams or adding modules, would be discussed and quoted separately.
Yes, and many organisations find that the Diagnostic naturally leads into the Training Curriculum or Delivery engagement, since it surfaces exactly which areas need attention. We can discuss a phased approach that spaces engagements appropriately for your team's bandwidth.
